The staff here are super friendly and nice. the location is absolutely beautiful, nestled by a river in the hills of Spain with a peaceful vibe. the only downside is the scarce availability of taxis 🚕, but if you don't mind a bit of a walk, it's all good.

The location was peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was varied and provided good options. there was plenty of parking available, which was a great advantage.
The room smelled musty and was quite outdated. The shower had low water pressure and did not provide hot water, making it quite a challenge to take a proper shower.

This hotel truly surpassed my expectations in many ways. its location nestled in the hills next to a tranquil river created a serene and picturesque atmosphere that made my stay truly memorable. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. It's evident that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about the satisfaction of their guests. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. I particularly enjoyed the attention to detail in the presentation and the delicious local dishes that were on offer. Located in a scenic spot surrounded by hills and next to a river, the hotel provides easy access to the famous nearby caves. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the traditional Spanish food at the on-site restaurant is tasty. Rooms are clean and have old-world charm, with quirks that add to the experience, such as creaky floors and uneven stairs. the spa is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.
The hotel is in need of some renovation, with uncomfortable beds and a slightly musty smell in some rooms.

I had a great stay at this hotel! First of all, the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the historical character of the building to the beautiful location next to a river in the hills. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and all the basic amenities were provided in the clean and comfortable rooms. Additionally, the display of photos telling the history of the place added a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast was enjoyable with a freshly made sandwich, water, and fruits served in a beautiful room. The only suggestion I have is that they should use more local dairy products instead of industrial cheese and yogurt, but overall, it was a great experience.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.
